Walked into this place after a long flight not knowing what to expect. This place is superb. Not only is the food fresh, the service is impeccable as well. The women who run this place work as a team. It is also super clean with a great vibe. I Highly recommend this place.

I recently visited Pho 60 on Hylan Boulevard, and it was honestly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional. The staff was very attentive! They cleared our plates as soon as we were finished, constantly refilled my water without me ever having to ask, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The restaurant itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a warm, aesthetically pleasing atmosphere that made the experience even better. The food was absolutely amazing. I ordered the assorted pho with beef balls, tripe, and all the different meats, and every bite was packed with flavor. My boyfriend ordered the regular pho with grilled chicken on the side, and I honestly wish I had ordered the chicken too because it was so juicy, tender, and oh so flavorful. The portions were huge!! We couldn’t even finish our meals and our total came to only about $38 for two large entrées and two sodas, which was such an amazing value. Between the delicious food, generous portions, affordable prices, beautiful ambiance, and outstanding customer service, Pho 60 has easily become one of my favorite

I’ve been to Pho spots all over Manhattan, Brooklyn and now Staten Island. I can honestly say this is one of the TOP and Best pho spots I’ve been too!! Amazing restaurant with great vibes. The quality of the food is amazing. The Pho itself and all the different meats are so delicious and worth it. Great prices and a very friendly and welcoming staff. This has been my go to spot since recently moving to the island and I love this place !!!

​We came here for dinner and had a great time from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, and we were seated immediately with no wait. Ordering was a breeze thanks to their digital tablet menu, which made it super easy to scroll through our options (though adding photos to every dish name would be a nice bonus!). ​The food came out incredibly fast and completely hit the spot. We ordered the Spicy Pork & Beef Soup and the Grilled Pork with Crab Patty. The noodle soup was packed with rich flavor and had the perfect spicy kick. The grilled pork was cooked beautifully. It was juicy, flavorful, and not dry at all. Pro tip: add an egg on top for a little extra, it’s totally worth it! ​Overall, it was a great dining experience in an excellent location. The surface parking lot is on the smaller side and fills up quickly, but they conveniently have underground parking available if you need it.

Yet every so often a restaurant appears that quietly challenges that assumption. Pho60, with roots in Brooklyn and a second home in Staten Island, is one of those places. It is run by a Vietnamese owner whose connection to cooking is generational, and that lineage shows in the kitchen’s discipline. After more than two dozen visits across two years—and after eating at Vietnamese restaurants throughout New York City—Pho60 stands out to me, at least for now, as the most complete experience I’ve had. The broths are aromatic, layered, and balanced; the ingredients carefully sourced; the menu consistently executed with a restraint that suggests confidence rather than showmanship. It isn’t just about pho, either. Across everything I’ve tried, the same attention to balance, texture, and ingredient quality appears again and again. The experience extends beyond the bowl. The dining room is immaculately kept, the bathrooms equally so, and the service operates with the quiet efficiency of a team that clearly respects both the craft and the customer. Seating is
